Meet Laura

Laura’s daughter needed multiple extractions and was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Brown took the time to explain what would happen and ensure that she felt comfortable.

So, my daughter was beginning the phases of having braces put on, and they realized that her mouth was too small to even begin to let the adult teeth come down, so they had told us that we needed to go in and have her teeth pulled. My daughter was really nervous. So, when we went in, Dr. Brown sat her down and thoroughly explained to her what they were going to do, how she’d be put to sleep and she wouldn’t feel anything, and that helped calm some of her fears as far as the whole procedure went. There were no issues. She didn’t have a ton of bleeding, the teeth came out just fine, and she was good to go as soon as she woke up. Dr. Brown is so easy to chat with and explains the procedure and makes you just feel really comfortable about what’s going to happen.
